Final Sale Policy

All perfume purchases are considered final sale. Due to the delicate nature of fragrances and quality assurance considerations, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for opened or used products.


Manufacturer Defects


We will process refunds or replacements only for items that exhibit clear manufacturer defects (if reported within 24 hours of receipt)


Defect Claim Process


Notify our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product

Provide clear photographs of the defect

Include your order number and detailed description of the issue

Wait for our quality assurance team to review your claim (typically 2-3 business days)

Approved Claims


Once approved, we will provide either:


A replacement product of the same type

A full refund to the original payment method
Processing time for refunds: 5-7 business days

Additional Terms


We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet our manufacturer defect criteria. Shipping costs for returns of defective items will be covered by the customer until the items has been reviewed, if the item has a manufacturing defect, the shipping costs will be refunded. Items damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for refunds or replacements. We do not accept returns based on fragrance preference or allergic reactions
